Wexford and Missaukee counties are served by the 84th District Court, which has two Judges. The court has jurisdiction over criminal misdemeanors, civil cases in which the amount in dispute is $25,000.00 or less, traffic violations, other civil infractions, landlord-tenant disputes, and small claims matters.
Money Orders and Cashiers Checks are accepted through the mail, and should be made payable to "84th District Court." Payments for traffic fines must be received within 14 calendar days from the date the ticket was issued, or late fees will be assessed.
